今天是在Lalos為大家服務的最後一天,
謝謝好多像朋友一般的顧客來看我,
讓我感受到大家的熱情與溫暖!

這七年來,成長許多也收穫許多,
更愛上了台灣,
也在此建立了我的家庭,
一路走來有很多人給我肯定跟鼓勵,
Chef Lalos 及老闆的栽培
我的左右手副主廚Joe Chang的得力協助
以及all my team的努力與支持,
還有每位可愛的顧客,
心中滿滿的感激,
真心謝謝你們!

未來的路上,我會繼續努力,
也會儘快獻上我的作品,
以全新的面貌與大家見面!

Today is my last working day in Lalos,
Thanks for everyone who come to visit me,
which means a lot to me.

For the past 7 years,
I learn a lot and receive a lot,
Taiwan is a beautiful place with nice people,
I love here!

I have to give big thanks to chef Lalos to trust me and teach me some many things,
thanks my owner to give me opportunity to come to Taiwan,
thanks my sous chef Joe always be the best supports,
thanks all my team to work so hard and follow me,
thanks all the customers to love our bread,
I do appreciate to met each one of you,
thanks and thanks.

I will keep running and try me best to present my new brand to you soon.
